I wish to become a part of the staff team as I wish to further expand the server community and keep it well balanced between fun and roleplay.</p> <p>2. What makes you Trustworthy? I&#39;ve owned 3 servers before been an admin on 2 and been a t-mod on 1.</p> <p>3.&nbsp;Have you ever been punished on the server? If so, Why? Not as of yet.</p> <p>4.&nbsp;In a Few Words, How would you describe yourself as a person? Your Traits, Abilities and Disadvantages. (What Kind of Person are you?) Fun, reasonably intelligent and resourceful.</p> <p>5.&nbsp;How many hours do you play Gmod&nbsp;daily? About 10-16. Yes, I own my own HaloRP.</p> <p>7.&nbsp;Do you understand that abusing your powers will result in a demotion and most likely an IP ban depending on the situation? I have moderating experience on a RealRP server, HaloRP, DarkRP, ClonewarsRP and Sandbox.</p> <p>In order to be apart of the Staff team, The following scenarios are required to be honestly answered using detail [HINT: Involve ULX commands in your answer]</p> <p>1. A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do? !warn user, then if they continue jail them and warn them. If they disconnect (without explaining why) then ban them for 3 days, if they wait it out then continue ban them for 3 days.<br /> <br /> 2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and Climb Swep abusing). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do? Check logs to make sure they were doing it and ask for proof.<br /> <br /> 3. A user has threatened to DDOS&nbsp;and take down the server. What do you do? Wait and then if the server begans to lag dramatically, grab their ip, kick them, if the lag stops then ban them permanentally, if it does not then it wasn&#39;t them.<br /> <br /> 4. A Commander and Lieutenant are arguing infront of debrief. It is getting quite heated. The context to the argument is unknown to you. What do you do? The commander is a higher rank therefore the lieutenant arguing should be brought out of debrief. Ask the lieutenant what it is, if he answers something within rp then leave the commander be, if it is something out of rp initiate an admin sit.<br /> <br /> 5. A CR has been complaining and wondering around because he hasn&#39;t been trained yet. He seems like a minge to you and you&#39;re not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do?
